[GIFT/AT?] Rapture

So, here's a little gift (Or is it part of an art trade, I can't remember...??) for the one and only NeoAtlantis!
Took me long enough to finish this! I've been meaning to draw this character for a long time now, so the two of us talked about a human rendition of him on a livestream one time and the rest was history. Now all I need to make is a human Georgie the Rock and we're golden
Gotta say, it was pretty fun coming up with all the design choices here. I really wanted to keep the flashy angelic look that Rapture's species are pretty famous for, so I hope this new design lives up to the original!
